Process of cast aluminum enclosure

Because the cast aluminum material has low strength at high temperatures and good liquid flow properties, the metal is easy to stay during welding. The copper grounding screw has been installed inside the general cast aluminum enclosure. The copper screw is mainly made of stainless steel and is not easy to fall off during normal use. However, in order to ensure good grounding performance, the parts of the chassis and copper screws are not sprayed. The sealing ring of the cast aluminum chassis is generally a neoprene round wire sealing strip. The screw is stainless steel, not easy to fall off, cross notch. The working environment temperature of the cast aluminum enclosure is -40℃ to +80℃
